It's Devon the Dunkleosteus... from the Devonian period!
I'm on some kind of retarded fish/Flash roll. (okay, I incorporated some PS for finishing touches) Ages ago I had another one of these guys that I painted that I HATED up here (in case this fish type and colour scheme looks familiar)...
